Through a fundamental, opportunistic, value-oriented investment approach, Tyler-Donegan’s objective is to provide superior risk-adjusted rates of return for institutional and private capital investors. The Fund will seek real estate investment opportunities that are projected to produce annual returns of 20% or more through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. Our primary focus will be on buying various types of distressed properties directly from lenders at steep discounts to today’s market values & replacement cost. The minimum investment amount in the fund is $100,000.

The firm employs a “best practices” approach that incorporates state-of-art techniques learned from investing in and operating real estate through several economic cycles over the last 25 years.
